Holy cow! We're in the middle of August already! Where did the summer go? It has been super busy here!

Kim and I recently stayed up WAY later than we should have and went through some of the pictures we've taken so far this year. Many of them brought a smile to our face as we looked back at our cute kids. They are growing up so fast! We've shared the best ones in the photo album. Just click on the slideshow to view more!

Tomorrow Rion will be honored for academic excellence and outstanding behavior in school. He's such a good boy! To celebrate we're taking the family out to dinner (which means anywhere BUT McDonalds!) Next month he'll turn eight and get baptized, and start cub scouts. He's already signed up and excited about cub scout day camp at Lake Lowell.

Hailey is turning out to be quite the little princess. We had some friends over the other day and one of the little boys kissed Hailey on the cheek as they were "pretend getting married." AAAAUUGGGHHH!!! Anyone want to go chastity belt and shotgun shopping with me? :-)

Chase is VERY mobile. He's not quite walking yet. He'll take several steps though into Mommy's arms. He loves to stand and walk along the bed/couch/chair/ whatever he can get on. He has discovered the phone, so we now have to have to place the phone up high, or he'll call China.
